I really liked how the chain looked when it arrived, but wearing it was a different story. I feel like these used to be better because this one felt heavier than I expected and started rubbing my neck after a few hours. I gave it a couple tries, but it just wasn’t comfortable enough for everyday wear. It’s not terrible, and it does look good, but I probably won’t reach for it much...

I had to wait way too long for support to reply, and when they finally did, it didn’t really solve my issue. What made it more frustrating was getting those canned apology messages that feel like they’re copied and pasted instead of actually helping. I just wanted a real answer and a fix.

I’m not sure if I just got a different batch or what, but the chain looked way thinner in person than it did in the photos. The stones also seemed kind of cheap-looking to me. Overall, I’m disappointed.
